LANGUAGE SCHOOL IN SANTA BARBARA
Kaplan International Colleges is sited on the campus of Santa Barbara City College. Thanks to its location directly on the Pacific Oceanside, the students find the ideal learning environment. Kaplan International Colleges is a part of "The Mesa", a quiet residential area in Santa Barbara and is housed in a modern building on the City College campus only 5 minutes away from city centre. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in the close vicinity of the school, which has 8 light class rooms and a multimedia centre. On the campus, students also find an extensive library as well as sports and fitness facilities (access to the fitness facilities with the Life Fitness Membership Card).
UNTERKUNFT
Alle Gastfamilien werden mit Sorgfalt ausgewählt und sind innerhalb von 45 bis 60 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Angeboten werden Einzelzimmer mit Halbpension (Frühstück und Abendessen). Andere Unterkunftsarten wie zum Beispiel Appartements auf Anfrage.
FREIZEITANGEBOT
Die Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung sind in Santa Barbara sehr vielfältig. Die Mitarbeiter der Schule helfen gerne, individuelle Ausflüge zu arrangieren. Kaplan International Colleges organisiert Grillabende, Boot-Partys, sportliche Aktivitäten, Besuche von Baseball- oder Basketball-Spielen und Stadtführungen. Ausflüge ins Disneyland, zu den Universal Studios oder beispielsweise nach Los Angeles, Las Vegas oder San Francisco stehen ebenfalls auf dem Programm.
