DIPLOMA DE ESPAÑOL COMO LENGUA EXTRANJERA (DELE)
The DELE is an official diploma for Spanish as a foreign language and is issued by the Spanish ministry of education. It can be taken at 3 levels:
- Diploma Inicial (Elementary level)
- Diploma Intermedio (Middle level)
- Diploma Superior (Advanced level).
Preparation for DELE
The diploma is often compared to the Cambridge exams. The tests are administered twice a year. Exact dates are available on request.
CERTIFICADO DE ESPAÑOL COMERCIAL (CEC)
The Certificado de Español Comercial is issued by the official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Germany (with its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main) and by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. It certifies that successful candidates who pass the CEC examination have the language qualifications to conduct business in Spanish. The test can, however, only be taken in Germany. The CEC corresponds to level B1 of the European frame of reference.
