IMPORTANT DETAILS
Requirements
- English language stay: You must have an upper intermediate certificate in English already (B2 First (FCE)).
- Other languages: You must have an advanced certificate in English already (C1 Advanced (CAE)).
- Exception: The above does not apply for native French and Italian speakers to study German.
Booking process
After registering for your course, you will receive an email from Boa Lingua. You need to submit a copy of your B2/C1 English certificate to receive your booking confirmation.
Class Size
The class size in the UBS JUNA Special Course is between 10 and 15 students. In case the minimum number of 10 students is not reached, Boa Lingua will advise you of alternative possibilities.
Language exam
During your language stay you need to improve by one level (A1-C2). At the end of your language stay you need to complete an official language exam. If an exam is not booked during your language stay, you must book an exam in Switzerland.
It is your responsibility to send a copy of the language diploma to sh-juna@ubs.com after your language stay (not necessary for those enrolled in the UBS JUNA Special Course).
Deadline
Enrolments will be accepted until 8 weeks before course start.

UBS absence policy applies during your language stay.
Flights
Please contact your internal travel agency myTravelagency (goto/travel-ch) once you have received Boa Lingua's booking confirmation.
Transfer, Insurance, Visa
Airport transfers are to be arranged by the participant. It is your responsibility to be fully insured and to have a valid passport and a VISA (if needed). Boa Lingua will advise you of the entry regulations for your destination.
Change of Booking
Any change of booking will incur costs as per Boa Lingua's T&Cs.
Personal data disclaimer
By booking your language stay, you agree that your personal data will be shared between Boa Lingua and UBS.
For billing purposes, the following information will be shared with UBS: Language stay date, location, course level and your preferences regarding home stay family (food requirements, private bathroom, etc.).
Boa Lingua will inform the UBS JUNA Program Manager in case of occurring problems during your language stay (e.g. absences, behavioral issues).
If you join the UBS JUNA Special Course your exam result will be shared with the UBS JUNA Program Manager.
